**Responsibilities**
- Assist traders in executing, tracking, and reconciling trades.
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and economic events to generate insights for trading decisions.
- Maintain and update trading models, risk reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure trade settlements and confirmations are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, compliance, technology) to resolve trade-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of trading activities, strategies, and stakeholder requirements to ensure transparency and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA and Python/R preferred.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg and market data providers is a plus.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with traders and stakeholders.
