Job Title: Retail Management Trainee

Location: Singapore (Outlet-Based)

Join our Retail Management Trainee program to gain hands-on experience in retail operations and leadership. This role prepares you for a future managerial position with structured training and real-world exposure.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Store Operations
- Manage daily store activities, including opening, closing, and maintaining standards.
- Oversee inventory and stock levels.

2. Customer Experience
- Deliver excellent service and create a positive shopping environment.
- Contribute to sales goals and customer satisfaction.

3. Team Leadership
- Support staff supervision, teamwork, and productivity.
- Assist with staff training and ensure adherence to company policies.

4. Merchandising and Displays
- Implement merchandising strategies and maintain attractive displays.
- Align product displays with company guidelines.

5. Performance Analysis
- Track store performance and assist in preparing sales and inventory reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.

6. Training and Development
