Climate change is the defining challenge of our time, shaping the health of populations for generations to come. The National University of Singapore is tackling this crisis through its Centre for Sustainable Medicine (CoSM), working to accelerate the transition to low-carbon, climate-resilient health systems.

**Purpose of the Post**
Key Responsibilities and Roles- **Research translation**
- Translate the Centre’s research outputs into actionable strategies for clinical, community, and policy impact.
- Develop clear, accessible reports, policy briefs, and materials for diverse audiences, including policymakers and healthcare professionals.
- **Scientific dissemination and scientific community building**
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as policymakers, clinicians, funders, and community groups.
Key Responsibilities and Roles- **Education and capacity building**
- Support teaching and capacity-building activities, including workshops, training sessions and other relevant events that promote sustainable healthcare practices.
- **Project management and team leadership**
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of relevant grant-funded projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
- Develop workflows and processes to streamline project execution and reporting.
- Supervise a small team, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure high-quality work.
- Foster collaboration and accountability within the team to meet project objectives.

**Appointments will be made on a 24-month contract basis with the possibility of extension.**

**Qualifications**

**_ The applicant must:_**
a) Hold a Bachelor’s degree. A background in public policy, public health, implementation science, social sciences, or sustainability is advantageous.
b) Have significant working experience, including demonstrated expertise in project management and team leadership. Experience working in government, international policy, or healthcare organizations is advantageous.
c) Have a proven track record in policy translation, with the ability to turn research into practical, impactful outputs. A track record of developing reports, briefs, or materials tailored to non-specialist audiences is advantageous.
d) Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with frameworks for knowledge translation or stakeholder engagement is advantageous.
e) Be resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
