As a F&B service executive, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service & cuisine that are hallmark of our dining experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our fantastic food & beverage offering makes guests feel unique and valued.
- To consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service.
- To greet and escort guests to table, ensuring the highest standards, while striving to exceed the guests expectations.
- To assist in monitoring guests needs, check and coordinate customers needs and promotional offers.
- Have sound knowledge of our food & beverage so as to put customer at ease in a professional manner.
Check on guests satisfaction, needs and feedbacks with proper follow up.
- Learn and execute all administrative tasks of the outlet, including knowledge of our golfing stimulator.
- Work towards maximizing food & beverage revenue by up-selling and offerings professional, engaging and friendly service.

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining poise and professionalism
- Flexible schedule, available to work on weekends and public holidays
