Pre Distribution Co Ordinator

Catalent require a **Pre Distribution Co-ordinator** to be based at our facility in Singapore.

You will also send post shipment notifications to relevant contacts and Ad Hoc duties like filing and checking of group mailbox.

**Role Description**:
- Support order importation and JDE Order Processing
- Support fusionConnect queue maintenance & trial set-up
- Maintain Shipment Log accurately (importation, greenlight, scheduling)
- Preparation of shipping documentation (Invoices, AWB, Import License, supporting documentation)
- Support pre-approval communication, pending shipment follow-up & dispatch scheduling
- Ordering of specific shipping solutions from the courier
- Support JDE Troubleshooting; cancellations and corrections
- Actively participate in Pre-Distribution case study sessions (support Continuous Improvement initiatives)
- Participate in Study Kick Off Meetings and support Study Set-Up activities
- Creation and Maintenance of Master Checklist and Invoice; Master Checklist creation with DGM capability
- Filing and ad hoc duties as requested by management
- When the need arises and when requested by Management, to perform other tasks or duties assigned by the Manager. Operations and Supply Chain. If applicable, training will be provided to support this multi-skilled flexibility.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager, Operations and Supply Chain.
