Air Gateway Lead

**Responsibilities**:
Flight/Aircraft Operations
- Aircraft load planning, weight & balance calculations
- Load handling and AAMS prediction/key entry
- 30days and 90days paperwork are filed accordingly
- Crew Administrations
- Flight to be depart on time schedule.
Warehouse Operations
- Coordinate Build-up/breakdown for Cargo and IP
- ULD serviceability checks are conducted prior to build up and after breakdown
- Required in/outbound shipment documents are uplifted on flights
Ramp Operations
- Coordination of loading and unloading of aircraft uplifted on flight
- All times safety procedures are observed and complied with
- Shipment documents are uplifted on flight
- Flight paperwork are handed to crew in a timely manner
- Ramp Vendor Audit ready
- Safety of Aircraft and Ramp complied.
Service Review
- Coordinate UPS requirements with airport authority
- Follow-up outstanding service issues with ground handling vendor
- Coordinate with vendors
Administrative
- DG Updates / Addendum / DG enquires
- IATA DG Auditor
- Gateway Comms Log
- Monitoring Flight Schedule / Slots approval
- Coordinate with TPE ASC/VENDOR/ACMX/2Y
- Staff Administration
**Job Requirements**
- Possess at least a GCE ‘O’ level or Higher
- Preferred Aviation/Ground Handling experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work within time constraints and unsupervised
- Ability to work different shifts with various start and finish times
- Must be computer literate
- Physically fit
- Current driver’s license essential
- No criminal record, familiar with airport rules and regulations
