**THE ROLE**
- Communicate with clients professionally and understand their requirements
- Propose and conceptualise design ideas and space planning based on clients’ requirements
- Pitch design concepts and material recommendations to clients
- Liaise with project coordinator to prepare quotation and project schedule
- Handle and develop FF&E
- Oversee projects and ensure smooth and timely executions
- Able to effectively draft 2D, 3D and detailed drawings whenever required

**WHAT WE EXPECT**
- At least 6 years experience in interior design related field
- Independent, self-driven, enthusiastic
- Design-oriented with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to listen and implement top-level instructions from senior executives
- Able to work independently, as well as manage a team
- Proficient in SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D rendering software, project management tools etc.

We are partners with one of the leading builders for landed residences in Singapore - Trace Design + Build, and we have completed over 70 projects including HDB, condo, landed houses and commercial works.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

- Interior design: 6 years (preferred)
