**What the role is**
- MANAGER / DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, FINANCIAL REPORTING & GOVERNANCE

**What you will be working on**
- You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of finance functions to handle accounts closing activities, prepare financial statements & analysis, audit schedules and reconciliations. You will prepare financial and management reports for submissions to relevant agencies and manage the annual statutory audit and prepare annual accounts. In your role, you will liaise with auditors, assess audit observations, and follow through on implementation of recommendations as well as keep keep abreast of financial reporting standards, interpret, and implement changes to ensure compliance. In addition, you will develop and deliver analytics reporting and dashboards to provide focused insights to support business needs and decision-making. You will participate in system/process improvements projects and implement innovative business solutions to achieve service excellence and manage financial governance and risks through clear financial governance framework and effective controls. Beyond these, you will provide financial advice and insights to facilitate decision making and carry out ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements:

- Tertiary Qualification in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in finance / accounting
- Experience in computerised accounting environment and knowledge of SAP system
- Meticulous a+L2185nd proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good leadership qualities, strong drive for achievements
- Strong analytical, written communication and presentation skills and be comfortable in making presentations to senior management
