**Overview**:
The position supports litigation and arbitration matters, assisting lawyers with legal documentation, case management, and client coordination. It involves working on both domestic and international cases in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents (affidavits, pleadings, correspondence).
- File/manage court documents via eLitigation and other portals.
- Maintain physical and digital legal files in compliance with firm protocols.
- Track litigation deadlines, case calendars, and hearing schedules.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, court staff, and external counsel.
- Prepare hearing/trial bundles and assist during trial preparation.
- Handle general administrative tasks (e.g., travel, meeting arrangements).

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years’ experience as a legal secretary, paralegal, or legal assistant (preferably in litigation).
- Knowledge of Singapore’s legal procedures, court systems, and eLitigation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting.Professional demeanor and strong client service orientation.
