**Responsibilities**:

- Define solution architectures for current and future states to address project and business needs.
- Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams and offer guidance to development teams in crafting new software solutions.
- Offer inclusive delivery leadership, ensuring all voices are heard in the process.
- Develop and oversee solution designs in alignment with corporate architectures.
- Review designs for strategic compliance.
- Lead the team in resolving technical debts and defects to maintain solution reliability.
- Conduct system analysis, design, and code reviews to ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and of high quality.
- Influence management decisions across organizational boundaries.
- Collaborate effectively with the IT team to deliver solutions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computing Science or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining advanced cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with frameworks including Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, and JPA.
- Experience working with database servers like Oracle, MSSQL, and NoSQL.
- GCP/AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred, at the Professional level.
- Understanding of MVC design, Data modeling, Deployment & Build management, and Data migration.
- Experience with Cloud Native Architecture including Microservices, Docker, Docker Swarm / Kubernetes, container-based orchestration, CI/CD, and Domain Driven Design (DDD), API Design.
- Familiarity with other public Clouds (AWS or GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Shell.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders across business and IT functions.
