**Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and vision for the audit team, ensuring that the audit practice is compliant with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and industry standards.
- Work collaboratively with clients and staff to establish objectives and audit plans.
- Manage projects to ensure timely completion and effective communication with clients and staff regarding project status.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, and contribute to business development efforts.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and thorough understanding of auditing best practices.
- Ensure that audit reports are accurate, complete, and appropriately documented.
- Provide advice and assistance to clients on accounting and financial matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in external auditing.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and lead audits from planning through completion.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
