**Role Overview**:
The Bar Assistant is responsible for daily preparation work and the fundamental operations of the cocktail lab. This role supports day-to-day tasks, ensuring that mise en place and cocktail ingredients are prepared efficiently and according to standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, following recipes and procedures.
- Operate basic lab equipment under supervision (e.g., blending, infusion, carbonation).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the lab.
- Label and store products correctly.
- Ensure all lab equipment is properly maintained, functioning safely, and operated according to protocols.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., guest shifts, R&D) for special projects and product innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of bar operations preferred
- Basic technical skills in lab operations and cocktail preparation
- Attention to detail
