This role is based in Singapore and travel to Indonesia when required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct pre-market survey, study, and analyse market trends and characteristics of competitive online educational products/courses. Combined with consumer needs and output product summary design.
- Require planning, design of requirements, product-related writeup according to product requirements and research.
- Customer-oriented, integrate existing courses, innovate, and optimize.
- Plan educational products that meet market demand including course topic selection.
- Responsible for product life cycle management (including planning, follow-up in terms of product concept, positioning, selling point extraction, packaging design, pricing, etc.)
- Complete product acceptance, release and launch under the agreed product planning and design requirement.
- Fully understand the whole process of project design, development, testing, launch, training, and iteration in real time.
- Manage deadlines and strictly control the time and progress of product development.
- Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Inter-departmental communication and docking.
- Responsible for preparing relevant materials and videos for product training.
- To conduct product training for company marketing and brand teams.
- Through data analysis, evaluation, summary, and adjustment, optimize product content, formulate new product development, update iteration plans for existing products and release the next iteration.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Education, or equivalent.
- More than 3 years of product planning, project management experience in related online education products or knowledge payment products. (With practical experience in incubating products from 0 to 1 are preferred).
- Must have good knowledge in Indonesia’s market on related online educational product courses.
- Prior experience working in Indonesia as a Product Manager will be an advantage.
- Clear logical thinking, excellent content writing, data analysis, resource coordination and excellent communication skills.
- Be proactive and able to adapt to new environment quickly.
- Must have a strong sense of responsibility and resistance to pressure.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency and written in Chinese is essential (to maintain and develop relationships with Chinese speaking key client and partnership).
