Our client is one of the top private equity real estate investment management firms based in Asia with global presence. The firm's investments span the entire spectrum of real estate sectors, including residential development, offices, retail malls, hospitality, logistics warehouses and DC projects. This is a great opportunity to join a well established and capitalized firm with strong growth trajectories, to be part of the APAC asset management team. The role will be based in Singapore and reports to the Senior Director of Asset Management. The role will be supporting the APAC asset management activities across all asset classes under management. The role will also support regional business development activities.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder with 10+ years’ real estate experiencce
- Experience with Asset Management and APAC regional experience is preferred
- Highly numerate and strong analytical skills
- Strong project management background and AEI experience and ground-up development is advantages
- Ability to direct and monitor the activities of others.
- Highly motivated and result-oriented. Hands on and proactive. Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills and ability to build effective internal and external relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken, fluency in other regional languages is a plus
- Able to work independently and as a team player in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Travelling is to be expected
