**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Windows Server and Infrastructure Management**:
Design, configure, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments (e.g., 2016, 2019, 2022).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and oversee server hardware, virtualization technologies, and storage solutions for availability and scalability.

**Active Directory and Security**:
Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, security settings, and domain controllers.

Ensure security and compliance standards are met, participating in vulnerability assessments and patch management.

**System Maintenance and Monitoring**:
Implement advanced system monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve performance and security issues.

Develop and maintain comprehensive backup and recovery strategies, including disaster recovery planning.

**Troubleshooting and Collaboration**:
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows Server systems, collaborating with support teams and vendors.

Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to support business operations.

**Capacity Planning and Governance**:
Conduct meticulous capacity planning to align Windows Server resources with current and future needs.

Maintain SLA standards, act as an escalation point for incidents, and ensure user satisfaction.

**Vendor Coordination and Documentation**:
Coordinate with third-party vendors, IT providers, and external support for effective service delivery.

Develop and update comprehensive operations documentation and procedural guidelines.

**Technical Support**:
Provide remote and on-site technical support for various areas, including network devices (routers, switches, WiFi), Windows servers, backup and recovery, user ID administration, and end-user computing support (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers).

**Qualification and Skill**
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with a strong emphasis on Windows Server administration in an on-premises virtualized and cloud environment.
- Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
- Relevant certifications, such as MCSA or MCSE, are a plus.
- Experience in Windows Active Directory and Network Support.
