Work as Senior Database Administrator
- Handle server/storage provisioning & managing New DB on-boarding.
- Planning/ Performing/Managing DB migration, DB upgradation, Quarterly PSU Patching on DB and OEM
- Configurations and maintaining OEM and OID.
- Perform/Manage Oracle database administration tasks include configuration management, backup/recovery, Physical Standby configuration, performance optimization & OEM target/jobs/matrices configuration and management.
- Production/Non-Prod database administration support and monitoring to ensure a proactive problem recognition and resolution of database issues.
- Managing Incidents within SLAs & Change orders and aligning resources for CA/COs.
- Configuring/managing/Planning Single Instance, RAC and RAC- One node.
- Cloning Database from Production to Testing Environment using rman/exdp/impdp/exp/imp.

- Configuring & managing new User creation and implementing Database security like roles, privs, profiles.

- Patching, Upgrade and Migration of databases.
- Monitoring Database and OS server using Toad-Spotlight.
- Managing Live table backup to Backup tables as per policy.
- Managing packages, procedures and functions as per changes provided by developers and compiling.
- Checking Alert logs and taking recommended action in case of errors found.
- Testing backup files by importing on test at per policy.
- Generating reports and making scripts for reports as per requirement by client.
- Maintaining Archive logs and their space for routine administration alert and trace monitoring.

- Data guard Health whether the standby database is in sync with primary.
- Taking hot and cold backups and ensuring that they are useful for future recoveries.
- Backup and recovery using RMAN, export and import utilities.
- Configured TNSNAMES.ORA and LISTENER.ORA for SQL*NET connectivity.
