**Job Description**:
Job Title: Live Streamer & Short Video Content Creator (TikTok Shop & Shopee)

About Us: We are a fast-growing TikTok Shop Partner Agency helping brands and sellers thrive on the platform through engaging content, effective live commerce strategies, and full-service e-commerce solutions. As we scale our operations, we are looking for energetic, camera-friendly talent to represent products and drive sales through TikTok live streams and short videos.

Live Streaming:

- Host TikTok Shop livestream sessions to showcase and sell products.
- Engage viewers actively through product demos, answering questions, and building a loyal community.
- Drive traffic and conversions with persuasive and energetic on-screen presence.
- Follow live stream schedule and meet daily/weekly streaming KPIs.

Short Video Creation:

- Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form TikTok videos featuring product highlights, tutorials, trends, and customer use cases.
- Collaborate with content team on creative ideas that align with brand goals and TikTok trends.
- Optimize video content for virality, engagement, and conversions.

Other Duties:

- Coordinate with internal teams on campaign launches and promotions.
- Provide feedback on audience insights and product performance.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new TikTok Shop tools and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable in front of the camera with a confident, engaging personality.
- Prior experience in live streaming, hosting, or video content creation (TikTok, IG Live, etc.) is a plus.
