**What the role is**
- The Organisational Development (OD) Team in MOH drives culture-building, organisational transformation and internal communication. Our goal is to help MOH become healthier and more effective over time, so that the organisation is able to deliver on its mission, and is future-ready. During this momentous period for MOH, you will get to contribute to her recovery from the long fight against COVID-19, as well as to the deep transformation that MOH is embarking on to bring about a healthier Singapore. This role focuses on organisational transformation in MOH. You will manage a portfolio of initiatives to drive Public Sector Transformation (PST) in the larger MOH Family. You will also be responsible for managing projects that help MOH become more agile, lean and innovative. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

**What you will be working on**
- In this role, you will: - Manage a portfolio of initiatives to drive PST in the MOH Family (i.e., MOH-HQ, Statutory Boards and agencies). This includes overseeing the PST framework, managing a fund to catalyse transformation projects in the MOH Family, and managing transformation-related awards. You will be working with a range of stakeholders across the MOH Family for this portfolio. - Manage projects that help MOH become more agile, lean and innovative. You will be working with the senior management team and divisions in MOH on projects such as restructuring, business process reviews and change management.
