Established in 1955, Leong Yew Machinery is a leading distributor of industrial and commercial equipment, supplying machinery and laundry solutions to customers from Singapore, Malaysia, countries in ASEAN, and the Indian subcontinent.

We are currently looking for technically-skilled individuals to serve as Service Technicians. Service Technicians form an important part of the organization, helping to perform new installations and ensuring that our products are well maintained in our customers’ premises and continue to serve them well. They form the frontline of the company, being in frequent contact with our clients and constitute an important channel for feedback when designing solutions.

Requirement:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
- Willing-to-learn attitude
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a bonus
- Minimum salary of S$2,500 however will be higher with the relevant experience and knowledge
- For Singaporeans only

Job description:

- Willing to work 5.5 work days a week, with rotating standby duties. Office hours are as follows:Mondays to Fridays: 9am to 6pm

Saturdays: 9am to 1pm
Overtime may be required
- Perform installations for a variety of machinery including washer extractors, tumble dryers, dry-cleaning machines, automated feeding and folding machines, garment storage-sorting-distribution systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the above equipment.
- Ad-hoc and other works as assigned by superiors.
- Experience in Electrical wiring, reading of wiring diagrams, electrical-related troubleshooting and repairs is a bonus

Note:

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
