We are seeking a BIM Coordinator specializing in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for M&E systems in construction projects, ensuring efficient integration and clash-free designs.
- Coordinate BIM processes for M&E systems throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and workflows
- Perform clash detection and resolution for M&E systems
- Create and manage 3D models of mechanical and electrical systems
- Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes
- Generate reports and documentation for BIM coordination meetings
- Participate in project meetings and communicate BIM-related issues and solutions
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices in M&E coordination
- Support BIM Manager in preparation/updating of BEP

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in M&E systems
- Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and standards
- Excellent 3D modeling and coordination skills
- Familiarity with building codes and standards related to M&E systems
- Understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry practices
