**What the role is**
- As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Contracts and Administration System in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team to develop, implement and maintain a centralised IT system to manage facilities management (FM) and development contracts.

**What you will be working on**
- Drive the project development of the IT system for the management of FM and development contracts for MOE HQ offices and schools - Formulate and review system requirements to support the policies, structure and processes to enable the contracts to be administered efficiently and effectively, and to support data analyses for system monitoring and review - Work with relevant Ministries, MOE HQ Divisions and other stakeholders to ensure the system is integrated with existing Whole-of-Government and MOE finance and procurement systems - Administer the system and manage the IT vendor in the delivery of services - Oversee data migration, as well as map and implement change management process within the Department and for users - Roll out future enhancements to the system
