Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaboration with several stakeholders such as client business & IT teams, other internal team and external vendors
- Actively lead the team and working with them across several technologies - Java/Tibco/ Orcale technologies and ability to provide resolution to production incidents based on the severity of the incident.
- Ability to resolve issues permanently or provide work-around for high severity incidents within 6 hours
- Provide 24/7 support (On call support after office hours)
- Ability to work independently
- Provide accurate status updates in ITSM tool and share weekly status reports to client IT Manager.
- Schedule & run regular cadence meetings with team and clients to provide regular updates.
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in IT with Java background
- Production Support 24/7 support
- Good knowledge in Splunk to provide efficient maintenance & support
- Strong knowledge in LINUX environment and databases such as ORACLE & MySQL
- Strong knowledge in Airline domain.
