**About the Role**

The Legal Secretary reports to fee earners in the Singapore office and supports all daily administrative duties. Primary responsibilities include:

- Typing and amending documents
- Arranging meetings and updating diary for lawyers
- Arranging overseas trips and meetings and preparing itineraries
- Inputting lawyers' time on Aderant and general billing work
- Generating billing memos
- Able to draft simple and general correspondence
- E-filing
- General administration work

**EXPERIENCE**

- A tertiary education
- Extensive legal secretarial training and experience
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
