**The leader will be part of the MedTech Supply Chain Digital & Business Transformation (DBT) organization and will be responsible for the planning and execution of testing phases on DBT programs. This role will serve as the liaison between business regional leads, project PMO and enabling functions to ensure that the testing phases provide the business with confidence prior to go live that processes were successfully tested mimicking production processes including design, technical solution, security profiling and data. The regional test lead will also ensure that all business requirements are tested and documented meetings Company’s compliance requirements.**:
**The leader will manage entrance and exit criteria for each testing phase, appropriately escalating risks and identifying mitigation plans in conjunction with the project team members. Will coordinate the execution of the testing phases with business project leaders and will be responsible for monitoring and reporting outcomes to leadership forums.**:
**Major Responsibilities**:
- ** Testing Compliance Adherence & Risk Management: Act as the accountable leader implementing the testing procedures and activities in adherence to DBT standards, broader J&J policies, and external regulations, collaborating with the DBT Business Process Governance & Compliance Lead to ensure compliance. Establish, implement, and maintain testing compliance standards within the global testing and validation template. Develop KPIs for testing health, publishing, and leading forums to address risks. Conduct regular testing audits to identify discrepancies. Provide training and guidance on compliance requirements and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build remediation plans and support resolution. Work directly with partners throughout the J&J enterprise (SOX, TQ&C, SQA, ISRM) to maintain compliance. Set governance for the identification and escalation of risks during testing.**:
- ** Execution Excellence: Ensure adherence to global standards, protocols, and methodology to deliver consistent testing to the project. Own the testing entry and exit criteria, lead the teams to the successful execution of the testing phases across the project lifecycle and act as the key point of contact for business Leads, PMO and enabling functions. Support testing teams in managing data, defects, security, change impacts, compliance, and analytics as part of testing cycles.**:
- ** Prototyping & Scaling: Work closely with the Technical Team and Global Testing Team Tools to embed automation effectively throughout DBT’s testing tools and methodologies within the global testing & validation template.**:
