**Required skills**:
- Positive and open mindset with a keen desire to learn new things and to learn from setbacks
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting with strong project and time-management skills
- Must be able to learn fast and on the job and comfortable with software
- Have experience in handling customers in customer services support roles
- Be proactive and take ownership of managing job responsibilities
- Willing to travel to meet customers for tech support and project coordination
- Must be a team player
**Job description -**
- Provide solution to clients and able to think out of the box
- Feedback potential issues, feedback and improvements to solutions team based on customer feedback related to tech support
- Manage technical support hotline
- Guide customers with good customer service on their queries
- Configure and software setup for projects
- Conduct training and after sales tech support for clients
- Responsible for managing the entire lifecycle and technical support of IT hardware and software related matters
- Coordinate projects once the project has been closed
- Manage project timelines and ensure handover is completed well with customer satisfaction
- Assist the Business Development and Solutions team
- Perform any other assignment/duties as assigned
