Luxaviation is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy within the Flights Operations division, based in Singapore.

The main objective of the position is to:
Support the Training Manager Asia Pacific ensuring all Aircraft and Aircrew Administration is maintained up to date.

Administer and maintain required programs and subscriptions.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the Training Manager with the administration of the LMS;
- Support the Training Manager with the coordination and scheduling of training for flight crew within the rules and regulations;
- Coordinate and implement the company induction for all flight crew;
- Manage the Company’s 3rd party approved aviation management program;
- Liaising with HOFO/HOTAC and Flight Operations for any out of recency flight crew;
- Coordinate the travel and hotel requirements for training events;
- Liaise with other National Aviation Authorities for flight crew validations;
- Present monthly training, aircraft and operations reports;
- Perform ongoing audits on the training system and documents;
- Assist with external audits conducted on the training system and documents;
- Maintaining 3rd party databases including customers, suppliers and relevant authorities;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations;
- Actively participate in the companies Safety and Quality Management system;
- Other tasks as determined with consultation with Training Manager and HOFO

Person specification:

- Corporate aviation experience in operations and training preferable
- Very good IT and software skills
- Fluent English speaker
- The right to live and work in Singapore is required
- Friendly, responsible, mature and professional
- Well organized, efficient and alert
- Professional, friendly attitude, good communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Great attention to details
- Willingness to take additional duties when required
- Discretion in the exercising of duties
