Singapore ECTIVISE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. Full time

At least 3 years of related experience is required.
- Maintain full set of accounts.
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Prepare Quarterly GST submission
- Create/improve, file and liaise with customers on Quotations, Purchase Orders, Accounts Receivables, Service/Delivery Orders related admin/matters to ensure and increase cashflow productivity
- Create/improve, file and liaise with suppliers on Purchase Orders, Delivery schedules and Account Payable related admin/matters to ensure and match cashflow productivity
- Create/improve, file and liaise with logistics providers related admin/matters to ensure service punctuality
- Maintain inventory and filing records to ensure operational efficiency
- Organizes project claims and project payment certifications for Finance Manager's approval
- Drives the financial planning and analysis to advise commercial performance for the Finance Manager’s decision making.
- Supports the business mission with ISO and BizSafe standards;
- Provides timely, accurate and user targeted reports for distribution to senior management, practices and functional teams;
- Introduces process improvements, understands business control requirements to ensure compliance, manages multiple stakeholder relationships, and applies knowledge of business and financial tools and acumen to improve business performance;
- Ad Hoc tasks as assigned
- **Requirements**:

- You should possess a diploma in accounting and finance or any related discipline and at least a C5 grade in "O" or "N" levels in English.
- Ability to work under high pressure, multi-tasking and fast paced environment with strong organzational skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and at the same time to motivate / enhance teamwork.
- Practises good note taking to ensure that tasks are remembered and delivered efficiently and timely in an organised manner
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Available within short notice
