Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Analysis & Elicitation

a. Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists to elicit and review business requirements

b. Analyse and document the "to be" business and operations processes based on the agreed requirements and/or function points, perform impact assessment

c. Responsible to analyse and define detailed functional and non-functional requirements based on business requirements

d. Monitor and manage risks/issues related to requirements and scope creep

e. Transition functional and non-functional requirements to System Analysts, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements

f. Write business functional release notes and contribute to deployment plan

g. Collaborate with GIS to ensure non-functional requirements effectively incorporate security requirements

2. Post go-live

3. Testing & Scope Management

a. Work with Test Manager and Tester to translate business requirements into system integration test scenarios

b. Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)

c. Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request

Key Requirements

Banking experience in Wholesale Banking. Ideally with Trade Finance experience.
IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)/ PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) or equivalent is a plus
Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent
Demonstrated 6-10 years of experience in business analysis
Relevant experience in Software Delivery Project and Trade Finance
Experience in transformation project that involves changes across technology and operations
Strong MS Office skills - Excel, Power Point and MS Visio
A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence
Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with strong Trade Finance knowledge
Fast learner, meticulous and structured process in task execution
Good attitude, highly motivated self-starter and strong team player and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
