**Regulatory & QA Executive**:
At VKA-AFF, we're expanding our footprint across markets through technical excellence and trusted partnerships with leading brands. As we continue to grow, we're seeking to grow our team with a dedicated Regulatory & QA Executive to strengthen our commitment to quality and compliance while supporting our innovation pipeline.

**Role Overview**:
Join us in a pivotal position where you'll have direct impact on product quality and market access. Working closely with our technical and commercial teams, you'll ensure our flavour solutions meet the highest standards of quality while navigating regulatory requirements across multiple markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead quality system implementation and documentation, developing and updating SOPs that will become our quality foundation
- Review and approve product specifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer standards
- Manage product registrations and certifications across different markets
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits, maintaining our quality certifications
- Partner with R&D in new product development, ensuring regulatory compliance from concept stage
- Provide regulatory guidance to commercial teams, supporting customer requirements
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes across key markets, adapting our systems as needed
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including certificates of analysis and product specifications
- Support continuous improvement of our quality management system
- Collaborate with production to ensure GMP compliance and quality standards implementation

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
- Internal Auditor Certification
- 3+ years experience in food industry quality assurance or regulatory compliance
- Strong understanding of FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP requirements
- Knowledge of food regulations across Southeast Asian markets
- Experience with quality management systems and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
