**The Company**

Our client is publicly listed on Singapore Stock Exchange with principal activities in manufacturing of semiconductors/eletronics. In view of internal business reorganisation, they are looking for an exprienced Senior Finance Manager to manage full spectrum of financial reporting and accounting operations for its key subsidiaries.

**The Role**

Reporting to Finance Operations Director, you shall oversee 2 major manufacturing sites in Singapore and Malaysia on the finance reporting and business performance review. That includes the weekly and monthly reporting and year end closing process by working closely with the Group Finance team, monitoring, and preparing Business unit reports for the business and corporate.

You are also responsible for managing the shared services team (SSC) in Malaysia to ensure the SSC meet their service-level agreement for the business. You shall continuously structure, standardize and optimize financial processes and controls for the business and SSC. Overseeing audit and tax funtions to ensure GST & tax compliance.

On the special project front, you shall work with the SAP implementation team to streamline existing and future finance processes (both legal and management reporting), increase finance transparency and reduce month end closing timelines while ensuring a strong controlled environment.
