**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at once
- User research on customer types to understand their pain points, and generate product ideas or designs through liaising with suppliers and clients
- Deliver product specifications and manage process flows from ideation to importing and exporting of the products
- Conduct post-launch product evaluations and report issues of quality assurance to the respective suppliers and director
- Develop and maintain effective reports of campaigns and product launches, with highlights of ways to improve and maximize future business opportunities
- Taking charge of timeline planning, inventory management, launch preparation and replenishment of inventory for our E-commerce channels and Retail stores
- Assist and support other operation areas when needed like talent management, project management, finance and invoices
- Being the voice of the customers, while leading prioritization with the team to ensure a fast project timeline
- Highly responsive in negotiating with suppliers and vendors
- Provide feedback and ideas to build a conducive, creative, and inspiring work environment.
- Support the operations and marketing team in any ad hoc duties.

- A keen interest in men and women’s health, fitness, and wellness.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy and attention
- Highly-skilled in negotiation
- A proactive individual with leadership skills. You will lead product ideation and follow through with the progress
- Ability to take initiative, be resourceful and has good problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate effectively
- An open mind to learn new things beyond just product management, and a genuine passion to grow together with the company
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment & trying out new tasks in daily duties
- Being able to speak to suppliers in Mandarin would be an added advantage

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business or equivalent
- Min. 5 years working experience in Retail/E-Commerce from Buying department preferred
