**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and marinating, to ensure timely and efficient cooking.

**Cooking**: Follow recipes and instructions to cook and plate dishes accurately and consistently.

**Kitchen Management**: Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment. Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.

**Assist in Menu Development**: Collaborate in creating and refining menu items, including suggesting new dishes and contributing to menu planning.

**Quality Control**: Participate in quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.

**Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels, monitoring stock levels of ingredients, and notifying the head chef when supplies need to be replenished.

**Food Safety**: Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature control.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

**Guest Experience**: Contribute to a positive guest dining experience by preparing dishes with attention to detail and presentation.

**Adaptability**: Be flexible in your role and willing to take on various kitchen tasks as needed, including prep work, cooking, plating, and cleaning.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Culinary degree or formal culinary training is a plus but not always required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
