Audio Video Technician
Integrated Real Estate Management, Property and Asset Management

**What this job involves**:
Mastering AV and multimedia operations As an Audio Video Technician, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and maintaining audio video (AV) equipment for various purposes such as meetings, presentations, and events. Tasked with ensuring that AV setups are functional and cater to the needs of clients, you’ll conduct regular checks and perform preventive maintenance on projectors, microphones, video conferencing systems and other multimedia devices. You will also submit the weekly/monthly event schedule, monthly facilities booking collection reports to the Client and assist in viewing of events venue by users
Troubleshooting to ensure seamless experiences Our clients rely on seamless audio visual experiences, and you'll be at the heart of making that happen. Your expertise in troubleshooting audio, video, and control system problems will be essential. You’ll also need to coordinate effectively with vendors for any outsourced maintenance or repair services and ensure that all AV moves, adds, and changes are performed promptly. You will need to be on ready standby and assist the users in the operation and usage of the audio and video equipment during their practices, rehearsals and the actual event.
Adherence to regulations and safety standards In every task you perform, it’s essential to adhere to local governmental rules and regulations. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all work complies with safety standards to protect both clients and employees from potential hazards.

Proficient and experienced Do you have experience in AV system setup and troubleshooting? Do you have recognised NTC/NITEC certificate or above with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the handing and operation of audio video (AV) / video conference (VC) equipment. The Audio / Video Technicians shall also be well versed and trained in the operation and troubleshooting in the type and brand of audio video equipment installed Are you familiar with the intricacies of both analog and digital AV formats? If you have this expertise, along with any certifications in audio video technology, then we want you on our team
Client-focused and communicative Your role requires you to effectively communicate with clients and team members alike to report issues and coordinate solutions. Excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation are crucial. If you’re fluent in English and any additional languages, this is an advantage that will help you excel in our diverse working environment.
