**Company Description**:
Pokémon Center Singapore is the first Pokémon Center to be opened outside of Japan. The Singapore branch offers an array of Pokémon merchandise sold in Japan such as toys, stationeries, video games, trading card games, and many more, as well as original merchandise exclusively for Singapore

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and review store operations and processes in Singapore, including main store and e-commerce store, pop-up stores, merchandising activities and events.
- Manage day-to-day retail operations, developing service recovery framework in the region (Retail, Omni-channel).
- Establish and allocate budget for all channels of sales (Retail, Omni-channel)
- To drive sales performance of the store, strengthening promotion of the brand, Pokémon in Singapore.
- Analyse new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in the local market (Singapore).
- Liaising between HQ Office (Japan) and Singapore on merchandising, and brand promotion.
- Liaising with third-party suppliers and vendors on merchandising and licensing management of the brand, Pokémon.
- Providing direction and guidance to the team leaders (assistant store manager, supervisors).
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure high standard of customer service quality, maintaining a good team status and morale.
- Reviewing and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through orders fulfilment policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in both English and Japanese Language to communicate and liaise with HQ Office (Japan), management, third-party suppliers, vendors and internal team.
- More than **10 years **of working experience in retail or tourist retail environment, whereby previous role have to be in a senior management role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident decision maker, good leadership skills
- Good strategic planning and analytical skills, proficient with most of the Microsoft office programs. Having experience in using inventory managing software (SAP - ByDesign) will be advantageous.
