- Provide product recommendations and detailed information to customers.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the brand positively and maintain a professional image at all times.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and promotional activities.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and displays.
- Attractive commission and bonus structure.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in sales of liquor or public relations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for the beverage industry and knowledge of liquor products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
