Looking for a Summer Internship for 2025 in Financial Services? We are offering talented students the opportunity to gain valuable insight and hands-on experience in to our business and the role of a broker. The internship will offer a 6 week immersive experience during the summer in our Singapore office.

The opportunity:
We are recruiting for a number of Summer Interns to join our Broking division where you will gain unique insight in to broking, the people who perform that role and our industry. While day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on your placement, this represents an incredible opportunity to build your foundational knowledge, professional skills and experiences to take your career in many different directions.

TP ICAP is a global firm of professional intermediaries playing a pivotal role in the world’s financial markets, energy and commodities markets.

We provide market participants with execution via a range of regulated venues, covering a full spectrum of over-the-counter (OTC) asset classes, including FX, Rates, Credit, Equities, Energy and Commodities. Matching buyers and sellers via electronic, voice and hybrid channels, we facilitate the development of liquidity and price discovery in these markets and provide insight and context to our clients. What you can expect:

- Working with experts in broking and financial markets at all levels
- Seeing first-hand how financial markets operate
- Gain up to date knowledge of the products and markets in which you work
- Depending on role - Work exposure including (but not limited to):

- Make contact with prospective new clients
- Identify new business opportunities
- On-boarding processes
- Understand pertinent regulation within evolving regulatory landscape
- Access client needs and identify internal cross selling opportunities

What we require from you:

- You will be a penultimate year student in a full-time study.
- A passion for working with people, demonstrate strong ability to build relationships and network
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Understands ideas and has a viewpoint on the markets and economy
- An eye for detail
- Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
