Enroll in and complete industry‑recognised certification courses aligned with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) requirements.

Learn to deliver comprehensive financial advisory: wealth planning (life & health insurance, investments, retirement), estate & business succession, and client asset preservation.

Build portfolios for individual and corporate clients, analysing market trends to propose tailored financial strategies.

Develop strong client relationships, delivering personalised solutions and building trust.

Collaborate with experienced mentors and cross‑functional teams on strategic projects to grow both skills and client outcomes.

**What You Bring**

A polytechnic diploma or bachelor’s degree (in any discipline)—finance background welcome but not required.

Strong determination, discipline, and a willingness to learn continuously.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Coachable mindset: open to feedback, proactive, and eager to contribute in a team environment.
