**Position Overview**:MC Models is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Model Agents. As a Model Agent, you will play a vital role in scouting, recruiting, and managing talent to enhance our agency's roster and ensure continued success in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Scouting**:Utilize various channels such as social media, events, and networking to identify potential models and talents who fit MC Models' standards and aesthetics.
- **Networking**:Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, photographers, designers, and other key stakeholders to expand the agency's network and opportunities for talent.
- **Recruitment**:Conduct interviews, auditions, and screenings to assess the suitability of potential models and talents for representation by MC Models.
- **Client Management**:Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and match suitable talent for casting calls, auditions, and bookings.
- **Contract Negotiation**:Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms on behalf of models and talents, ensuring fair and favorable agreements for all parties involved.
- **Career Development**:Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to models and talents to help them develop their skills, portfolios, and careers within the industry.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Handle administrative duties such as maintaining talent databases, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork related to bookings and contracts.
- **Stay Updated**:Keep abreast of industry trends, market demands, and emerging opportunities to adapt strategies and ensure the agency remains competitive and successful.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in talent scouting, model management, or a related field within the fashion, entertainment, or advertising industry.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate for talent effectively.
- A keen eye for talent and aesthetics, with the ability to identify potential models and talents who align with the agency's brand and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of industry practices, trends, and casting processes is preferred.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the demands of the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable but not essential.
