**What the role is**
- Case Management Contact Centre (CMCC) plays an important role in the Crisis Strategy and Operations Group (CSOG) under the Ministry of Health (MOH) and serves as a key line of communication for members of public relating to COVID-19 matters such as home recovery, vaccination and testing. You will be part of the team that is responsible for current & anticipatory operations planning, project management on key plans, organise priorities and maximise resources to achieve operational KPIs. Key responsibilities include interpreting and translating policy for easy communications, collaborate with Operations to operationalise the policy and plans as well as provide support to management in decision making with data driven reports, insights and performance tracking. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time. **What you will be working on**
- Manage policy changes and ensure information is clearly translated for communication to relevant stakeholders. - Responsible for continuous work process improvements. - Collaborate with Data & System Management Team and leverage on technology to ensure all workflows support stakeholders effectively and efficiently. - Assist the Deputy Director / Assistant Director in data recommendation to provide insights, drive improvements and support decision making. - Work with the Deputy Director / Assistant Director on deliverables to ensure KPIs are met. - Providing secretariat support for internal and/or external meetings. - Perform any other duties/ undertake ad-hoc projects as required.
