Centre Principal

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactive maintain a positive team culture
- Coach and support teachers to monitor, assess, document and maintain evaluation and assessment of children’s learning and development
- Manage cost control in all aspects of school operations
- Handle parents' feedback
- Liaise with licensing authorities and all other external vendors
- Manage centre marketing and enrolment
- Ensure centre's records and documentation are complete and up to date
- Maintain students’ records and teacher to student required ratio
- Assumes other responsibilities assigned by the Directors

**Qualification**:

- DPT-L is a must for the position of Centre Leader/Principal
- A minimum of five years teaching experience, with at least two years in a Principal role
- Must be certified Principal by Local authority for Early Childhood
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in childcare environment would be an added advantage

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
