**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The incumbent is expected to:

- Monthly demand planning and ordering to ensure sufficient stocks at the warehouses
- Liaise with overseas suppliers and 3PL on delivery arrangements
- Creation of PO in SAP
- Rectify incoming shipment stocks issues if any
- Raise claims to suppliers
- Prepare and assist in allocation of accounts’ items to store
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Requirements**
- Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or related disciplines **OR**
- Related experiences in Inventory Planning and Ordering/Retail
- Knowledge of Excel and SAP systems will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
