**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**

Mediacorp is Singapore's largest content creator and national media network, operating a suite of TV channels, radio stations, and multiple digital platforms. Its mission is to engage, entertain, and enrich audiences by harnessing the power of creativity.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To produce and direct quality programmes of various genres as assigned
- To lead production teams creative staff, crew and cast - in the studio recording, outdoor filming, editing, packaging and post-production processes and other aspects of productions
- To work out production schedule and deliver packaged programmes within timeframe
- Responsible for management of work within production budget given
- To contribute ideas and contents for story developments, treatment and script discussions
- Responsible in ensuring high standard and maintaining high quality of programmes
- Responsible in tracking of usage and payment of creative services packages, facilities, crew and talents for productions
- Responsible for casting and managing talents and performers
- Assist Executive Producer in planning and budgetary of productions

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma/Degree in Media or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in television and related productions.
- Strong interest in television and media.
- Able to speak, read and write good Malay for business purpose.
- Good knowledge of studio production, field and post-production procedures.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Proficiency in editing and field equipment and facilitation required.
- Ability to write television scripts is advantageous
- Ability to manage different levels of teams creative, crew, talents and performers.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and public.
- Ability to work independently.
