**Responsibilities**
- Perform hardware and software asset inventory of ICS/OT environment
- Perform practical and scenario-based security assessment/table-top exercise to identify securityn vulnerabilities, gaps, and risk
- Perform risk assessment and treatment to prioritize and remediate the identified risks
- Review network architecture against ICS/OT security best practices and standards to identify gaps and provide recommendations
- Review configuration of implemented security technologies (firewall, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protections, etc) and determine if they offer adequate protective, detective, and corrective measures
- Develop detailed implementation guidelines covering network devices, security products, and Windows/*Nix workstations
- Review administrative, technical, and physical security controls and provide remediation plan
- Create security design diagrams and develop FAT/SAT procedures
- Train team members to perform security assessment and review for ICS/OT environment

**Skills and Experience**
- Mandatory: Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks and standards (ISA-99/IEC 62443, NIST SP-800-82, NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISO 27001, CCoP)
- Mandatory: Understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 101, IEC 104, Profinet, OPC)
- Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of hands on experience with assessing, designing, and implement ICS/OT architecture
- Mandatory: Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and ICS framework
- Mandatory: Hands on experience with various security technologies such as network firewall, industrial firewall, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protections
- Preferred: Ability to perform vulnerability assessment and penetration testing in ICS/OT environment
- Preferred: Knowledge of Windows and Linux hardening and security configuration options
- Preferred: Extensive knowledge of red team principles
- Preferred: GRID, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 certificates

**Soft Skills**
- Experience in training or mentoring security teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good command in both Written and Spoken English
- Coordinate, communicate, and work with multiple different teams
- Able to work under pressure with positive attitude towards the team
- Must be able to travel abroad
