**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough patient consultations for a wide range of medical conditions, including acute illnesses and chronic disease management
- Provide preventive care services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, minor injuries, infections, and non-surgical ailments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and investigations
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans
- Refer patients to specialists or secondary care where appropriate
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic and MOH guidelines
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
- Participate in continuing medical education and maintain valid registration and licensure

**Requirements**:

- MBBS / MD or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and possess a valid Practising Certificate
- At least 2-3 years of clinical experience in a primary care, family medicine, or general practice setting
- Experience in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia) preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for patient care
- Ability to work independently and handle a wide range of medical cases confidently
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is an advantage
