Main Purpose of Role:
The main purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the ICA programmes to ensure they are of a high quality, up to date, and delivered to an excellent standard, whether an individual is studying with face-to-face tuition, on-line or as part of a team in-house.

The Programme Manager is central to the smooth and efficient running of the programme from go-live through to assessment, performing a pivotal function on a global basis.

The Programme Manager liaises with the Academic Lead of the programme as well as the Programme Coordinator providing support to both as well as helping direct activities associated with the programmes under their responsibility.

Skills and Experience Required:

You will also need;
- Experience in the same or similar role
- Previous use of project management software an advantage but not essential
- A passion for excellence in customer service
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Consistent in approach to all tasks
- Patience and being well organised
- Highly organised - be able to simultaneously manage several programmes
- Good IT skills - including a good knowledge of excel
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills (with both internal and external stakeholders)
