**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Responsible for organising, planning, and executing events for the company to achieve its goals, including store/product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation, including media outreach, press releases, and relationship-building with key media outlets and influencers.
- Innovate and create new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns to promote events aimed at enhancing brand awareness, and driving overall sales growth for the company.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders by overseeing event logistics and on-site event coordination to ensure smooth execution and preparation of events.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as operations, logistics, and procurement to align marketing efforts with company goals and objectives.
- Collate, identify and collaborate with potential event & partnership opportunities, organisers, suppliers, sponsors, and vendors by cultivating relationships to expand the company's network through professional connections.
- Prepare post-campaign reports for all events.

**REQUIREMENT**:
**Requirements**:

- Higher Nitec in marketing, events management, public relations, or a relevant discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Events Management & PR or a similar role in the retail industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and able to maintain meticulousness while preparing materials for events.
- Demonstrate quick thinking, creativity, and good problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask and work within tight deadlines with strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
