**Responsibilities**
- Drive and own the design and implementation initiatives related to manufacturing operations for a new plant as a Senior Business Analyst, leveraging your experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or similar industries.
- Drive and work closely with the MES vendor system (Scada, MES, Historian, LIMS) on the implementation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Industry 4.0/ISA 95 stack concepts, including level 2 (SCADA), and level 3 (manufacturing operations, MES, historian). Familiarity with additional components such as LIMS is advantageous.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that enhance manufacturing operations.
- Stay abreast of the latest MES offerings, Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluations, and other relevant industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for the selection and integration of suitable systems.
- Drive the integration of MES, SCADA, SAP, and other related systems, ensuring seamless operation and effective data exchange among different components.
- Support the technical team and business team in preparing the configuration and implementing the solution.
- Support the project manager in delivering the implementation
- Adapt to the fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing, aerospace, or related industries.
- Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing/ Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ISA-95, Industry 4.0 concepts and components, including MES, SCADA, Historian, and related systems.
- Familiarity with the integration of various manufacturing systems and the ability to untangle complex technology stacks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize manufacturing operations and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to ever-changing priorities.
