Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
- Initiate the group’s level purchasing SOP
- Develop measures to ensure corporate regulations are followed
- Be involved in the customization of a OA system to ensure all the purchasing orders are in place
- Manage all the existing vendors in terms of price, delivery and quality performance
- Source and negotiate with new suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and services
- Compile monthly purchasing key performance report and submit to the management team for review
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in purchasing management / Supply Chain Management or relevant
- 8+ years of experience in a procurement role
- Customer service oriented and have a great sense of urgency and responsibility
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and able to engage effectively with all levels of organization
- Process advanced literacy and numeracy skills
- Understanding and experience in the importance of systems and operational procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external relationships
- Help improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals to maximize output
