At DEFY, we design modern, custom uniforms for hospitality, retail, and lifestyle brands. We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fashion Cutter/Patternmaker to join us on a part-time/project basis. If you're passionate about quality garment construction, fit, and thoughtful design, we’d love to work with you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and develop accurate patterns based on design briefs, tech packs, or existing garments
- Execute manual or digital patternmaking for made-to-measure and standard size garments
- Cut fabric for prototypes and production samples
- Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure fit, function, and finish align with brand standards
- Make adjustments based on fittings and feedback
- Communicate with garment factory about garment finishings and fit

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in pattern drafting, grading, and cutting (preferably for fashion, uniforms,or tailored garments)
- Skilled in either manual or digital drafting (Both are welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Able to work independently and deliver within timelines
- Based in Singapore and able to attend clients fittings when needed

**主要工作内容**：
- 根据设计简报、技术规格表或现有服装开发准确纸样
- 进行手工或数码打版，适用于定制与标准尺码制服
- 负责样衣与生产样品的布料裁剪
- 与设计和生产团队合作，确保服装在合身度、功能性与整体完成度方面符合品牌标准
- 根据试穿结果与反馈做出调整与修改
- 与工厂沟通成衣工艺与合身度相关事项

**岗位要求：**
- 拥有打版、推码及裁剪相关经验（具时装、制服或西装相关经验者优先）
- 熟练掌握手工或数码打版技巧（欢迎两者）
- 注重细节，具备高水准的服装工艺能力
- 能独立作业并按时完成任务
- 居住在新加坡，能按需求出席客户试衣
