Roles & Responsibilities

Nityo Infotech is looking for a Project Manager (ADM).

Required Experience and Skills:

- 8+ years of relevant experience
- ITIL V3 Foundation certified
- 4+ years of experience as Onsite IT Technician
- Proficiency in IT Service Management solutions like, Remedy or ServiceNow or IBM Control Desk
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Nice to have skills:

- Strong production support & problem-solving techniques
- Client Relationship and engagement
- Team lead aspirations in combination with a strong drive to further develop as an ITIL Lead/Service Manager
- Ambition, excellent leadership skills and a talent for building successful client relationships will be highly valued
